This policy explains how Elite Cleaning Services ("we", "us", "our") collects and uses personal information when you use this website or contact us. Elite Cleaning Services is the trading name of Ivan Goldsmith, a sole trader, running a family commercial cleaning business. Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by a form-processing provider acting on our behalf, and our email is hosted by our email provider. We may also share information with professional advisers, insurers or public authorities where necessary or where the law requires it. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

6. How long we keep it

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed to deal with your enquiry or to provide services to you, and afterwards for any period required for legal, accounting or insurance purposes. Information that is no longer needed is deleted.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to request access to your personal information, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive a copy of it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time where consent is the basis we rely on. This website does not set cookies for tracking or advertising. Our web fonts are delivered by a third-party provider, which means your IP address is processed by that provider in order to serve the font files when a page loads.
